Description of Event: Through relaxation and Mantra, you can develop increased self-awareness, reduce stress, find a sense of calm, increase self-compassion,and develop a more positive outlook. Most importantly, you can increase focus and find a routine that gives you the much needed potive affirmation that can then influence your confidence in the work and in your personal life.
