Dr. Gina Weber has a doctoral degree from SMU in Arts Administration. She is currently an Adjunct Professor at UNT, teaching Latinx and LGBTQ theater, and is a consultant working with artists and organizations to improve their management. Dr. Weber is Chair of the Board at Prism Movement Theater, and a Producer at Artstillery. Volunteers at Cara Mia Theatre, Teatro Dallas, RAICES, and Lone Star Circus. She is also a Docent Educator at the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. She completed a successful career at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) where she managed several environmental programs such as Environmental Justice and Federal Facilities. She was also the Director of the U.S.- Mexico Program, conducting international diplomacy, and the effective allocation of a multi-million-dollar budget to address environmental and public health issues along the U.S. - Mexico border. As a member of the Latinx community, she is passionate about diversity and inclusion to drive innovation and change.
