Momentum Dance Intensive

Momentum: UNT Dance Intensive
Ignite your summer with Momentum—a 10-day immersive dance experience at the University of North Texas with Dance@UNT, designed for passionate movers pursuing a professional career in dance or anyone interested in the transformative power of dance (Ages 16-21/Intermediate to Advance levels).

Each day runs from 10 AM to 3 PM and features live music, rigorous training, and creative exploration. Start your mornings with two high-energy movement classes led by UNT faculty, followed by a lunch break to refuel. In the afternoons, dive into a third technique class, then shift into a choreography lab where faculty members create original work with and on the students.

The intensive culminates in a live showcase performance, giving dancers the chance to perform newly crafted choreography and experience a pre-professional creative process from studio to stage.
