Joe Truitt is an Alumni from the University of North Texas with a BA in Theatre. At UNT, he was Technical Director for Who's Afraid Of Virginia Wolf and Assistant Technical Director for Two Rooms, Ah, Wilderness!, and Reefer Madness. Outside of UNT, Joe worked as Technical Director and Head Carpenter for Broken Gear Project Theatre. He has also worked at the Santa Fe Opera, Dallas Theatre Center, and Shakespeare Dallas. Outside of theatre, Joe has worked as a lead fabricator at 44 Build with projects and pieces all over Texas and the US. Much of his work can be seen at various places in Dallas; including at Gas Monkey Garage/Energy Offices, Common Desk, and even two vehicles featured on Fast N' Loud with custom interiors. Joe has been passionately involved in theatre since he was a little kid, and doesn't want to change that anytime soon.
