Amanda Breaz earned her BA in Theatre with a Teaching Certificate and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Italian from UNT. Her directing credits include subUrbia by Eric Bogosian, A Christmas Carol adapted by Dr. Andrew B. Harris (McKinney Reperatory Theatre), and La Rosa Negra (Keith & Margo's Murder Mysteries of Texas). She was a resident stage manager for Keith & Margo's Murder Mysteries of Texas and was with the company for 8 years. She is a renaissance woman in theatre and has dabbled in all of its aspects. She has been everything from assistant director, costume crew chief, lighting designer, board operator, stage manager and crew for many productions in many theatres. She is delighted to be the Box Office and Promotions Manager for the Department of Dance and Theatre. Working in education is one of her passions and she adores assisting all of the students in the Department of Dance and Theatre each day as the Departmental Advisor.
